All candidates must:
Have a parent, grandparent or legal guardian who is a full-time employee of a company who is member or associate member of AICC
Be a High School Senior who is provisionally accepted as a full-time student into an undergraduate degree program by an accredited junior college or full four-year college/ university; or a full-time student enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies at an accredited junior college, college or university.
