Thomas Rybicki, American Containers, Earns Certificate of Packaging Science

Thomas Rybicki, Sales Representative, of American Containers, Inc has completed the Certificate of Packaging Science through AICC and The Packaging School.  

The Certificate requires 12 online courses that teach participants learn how to speak the language of packaging and utilize it as a key-differentiator for their company. Participants graduate with knowledge, tools, and skills to be an influential professional in the packaging field.

Some of the courses completed by Thomas include Corrugated Containers, Paperboard Cartons, Polymers in Packaging, Distribution Packaging, and Packaging Machinery.

Thomas said, “the Certificate of Packaging Science Program is an excellent training tool for those individuals new to the field. Additionally, people who already have some packaging experience will find an excellent resource dealing with all facets of packaging.” He also encourages others to participate. He went on to say, “the coursework provided will enhance people’s basic understanding of packaging that they’ve experienced within their own company and may provide industry knowledge that will allow their business to grow in areas not yet tested.”

All courses required for the Certificate, plus more than 30 others, are available to all employees at AICC member companies free of charge.
