Advantzware Commits to Uninterrupted Service, Fixed Exchange Rate

March 26, 2020 – Advantzware Inc., a proven software provider in the corrugated, folding carton and distribution industries is committed to providing our valued customers with uninterrupted service and other measures to assist in these challenging times.

Advantzware is setting a maximum exchange rate for all its Mexican (20/1) and Canadian (1.30/1) customers through the end of the year for any customer under maintenance including all license and support fees to support our customers. We want to provide our customers who are both our neighbors and customers some relief due to the rapid rise in US dollar exchange rates and provide a level of consistency for their business.

We have moved all operations to be home-based effective immediately and asked our employees to stay in place until it is safe for people to return to the office. Our internal investments in technology, remote access tools, home office allowance and enhanced communications with cloud-based solutions allow for us to deliver the highest quality service for an extended period of time to assure uninterrupted service while continuing to support our customers in any way to sustain their business operations.

As a result, we have postponed our National User Group conference which was scheduled for May at the Venetian Casino and Resort in Las Vegas until further notice to allow more customers to attend our user conference and protect their personal safety.
