New Executives at LPC (Lewisburg Printing Co)

Welcome Roger Chou, CFO
Please join us in welcoming our newest team member Roger Chou! Roger joined us on Monday, March 18th as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the LPC, reporting to Hale Hawkins, CEO, and will be instrumental in helping expand financial relationships within our company and accounts. Roger earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Western Carolina University and has more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing environment with both private and public companies. Roger came to us from Edelbrock Corporation, where he was the VP of Finance, and prior to Edelbrock, Roger worked at Eaton and Schneider Electric where he had experience in lean manufacturing, merger and acquisitions, and system implementations. Roger enjoys weight training, grilling, and mentoring his two daughters’ homework. We’re excited to have Roger joining our team and utilize his manufacturing experience to help grow our business and reach our company goals for 2022 and beyond! Let’s all give a warm welcome to Roger as his new adventure begins with LPC.

Welcome Blake Miller, Director, Human Resources
As most are aware, Cathy Talley retired after 44 years with LPC. We are excited to announce the arrival of Blake Miller, Director of Human Resources. Blake joined us on Monday, March 28th as Director, Human Resources, reporting to Hale Hawkins, CEO. In this role Blake will help develop and improve HR processes, work with the business on their workforce challenges, and continue to build upon the great culture here at LPC. Blake earned his MBA in Marketing at the University of Illinois and has more than thirty years of experience in roles inside and outside of HR. Blake comes to us from Top Driver where he worked as a VP, People and Culture. Blake’s special interests include coaching children’s sports and is a special needs child advocate. We’re excited to have Blake apply his manufacturing experience and first-class education to help grow our business and streamline our processes! Let’s all give a warm welcome to Blake as his new adventure begins with LPC.
