Colley to Retire from FBA and ICCA

Dennis J Colley, President and CEO of the Fibre Box Association (FBA) and the International Corrugated Case Association (ICCA) has announced his retirement from the associations effective June 30, 2023.

FBA’s Board of Directors has elected Bob McIlvaine as President and CEO effective July 1, 2023.  McIlvaine currently serves as CEO of The Royal Group, a subsidiary of Schwarz Partners LP.  Since his graduation from Miami of Ohio in 1979, Bob has spent his entire career in the Forest Products industry in various sales and management positions.  Bob has been CEO of The Royal Group for the past 27 years.

In a similar move, the ICCA Executive Committee has elected Rachel Kenyon as President and CEO effective July 1, 2023.  Kenyon currently serves as Senior Vice President of FBA and Vice President of the Americas for ICCA.  Before joining FBA, Rachel spent 10 years with Weyerhaeuser where she held several marketing and management positions including Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for the Containerboard, Packaging and Recycling business.  Rachel has been with FBA since 2008 in senior leadership positions and as a member of the ICCA board since 2017.

The Fibre Box Association (FBA) is a non-profit trade association that represents North American corrugated packaging manufacturers and strives to grow, protect and enhance the overall well-being of the industry by providing member-valued programs and services. 

The International Corrugated Case Association (ICCA) a non-profit trade association formed in 1961. Its purpose is to provide member services and activities that can be most effectively conducted by an international organization. The services support and enhance the work of the association members and contribute to the well-being of the worldwide corrugated packaging industry.
