AICC is pleased to present its 14th Sales Compensation Report. This survey was conducted during 2025 and updates the most comprehensive survey of key sales compensation and benefits being paid by independent corrugator plants and independent sheet plants in the United States.

This report is based on data from 49 independent corrugator and sheet plants. Of those, 39 provided organization and salary information. In aggregate, these plants sold approximately $1.6 billion of corrugated products in 2024. All responses to this survey were collected and compiled by Industry Insights, Inc. [Dublin, OH] and have been held in strictest confidence.
